Nimit Nogia
(Co-Founder & Director)
Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Nimit brings over seven years of experience in accounting, audit, and financial consulting. He leads the firm’s accounting and reporting practice, working with international clients—especially in the UK and Australia—on bookkeeping, year-end financials, and compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP.
Known for his precision and structured approach, Nimit ensures clients receive accurate, timely, and insight-driven financial outputs that align with global standards. He actively oversees project delivery and builds strong, long-term client relationships.
Rohit Sharma
(Co-Founder & Director)
Rohit leads the firm’s financial due diligence and transaction advisory services, bringing extensive experience in deal support, financial analysis, and performance benchmarking. He has worked with a range of mid-market multinational clients—particularly across the US—on both buy-side and sell-side diligence assignments.
His expertise includes preparing detailed data books for quality of earnings (QoE) reviews, analyzing revenue trends, cost structures, working capital movements, and normalizing EBITDA.
In addition to diligence, Rohit manages ongoing bookkeeping and reporting support, financial statement finalization, and audit coordination across multiple sectors. He is known for his analytical rigor, clear communication, and ability to work seamlessly with onshore teams.
Surbhi Jain
( Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary )
Surbhi is a seasoned finance and tax professional with over a decade of experience in international taxation, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance. She began her career at a Big 4 accounting firm, where she advised multinational groups on cross-border tax strategies, transfer pricing, and global structuring initiatives. During her tenure, she worked extensively with foreign clients, giving her hands-on experience in managing complex international engagements and navigating multi-jurisdictional compliance landscapes.
Since then, she has continued to support global clients—particularly from the US and UK—on matters involving cross-border transactions, entity setup, and regulatory filings. Surbhi brings a deep understanding of international tax frameworks and is known for translating regulatory complexity into clear, actionable strategies tailored to business needs.
Her strong technical grounding, combined with a practical and collaborative approach, makes her a trusted advisor to growing and globally expanding businesses.
